Photo Ops Terms

You must have an admission ticket for the day of your photo op in order to redeem your photo op ticket.
Your photo op ticket includes a 9×6 glossy full colour photo of yourself with the guest and can include up to two attendees (1 photo op tix = 2 fans in one photo). Two photo op tickets can include up to four fans in a photo (2 photo op tix = 4 fans in one photo). This is the maximum number of people allowed in one picture.
Personal photography is not allowed at any photo op session.
All photos are printed ready for collection as you leave the photo area. Photo prints and jpegs of your photo ops may be used for personal use only
Please be aware a Photo op is just that – a photo opportunity with your favourite guest. It is not a meet & greet and should not be viewed as such. It is very fast-paced so that the guest may accommodate as many attendees as possible.
Please be courteous to the guests and staff. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in your immediate removal from the photo op area without refund. Also, please follow any specific instructions given to you by the photo op staff for a particular guest
Please do not assume you may hug or touch the guests. Always politely ask first and respect the guest’s decision. Some guests will not want any physical contact whilst having a photo shoot but may well pose with you.
Special poses are always at the discretion of the celebrities. Physical contact of any kind is at the discretion of the actor, hugs are not guaranteed. Please keep in mind we are strangers to them, so don’t do anything to them that you wouldn’t want a stranger to do to you. Please be respectful of the guest’s personal space.”
Most props are ok unless deemed inappropriate by the guest or staff. Items which will not be permitted are those that pose a safety risk, putting on or taking off clothing, those which require clean-up or may delay the photo op session. Every item brought into a photo op will be checked at the photo op line prior to your photo op.

Photo Ops FAQs

No, you must purchase a pass first before buying any.
A Photo Op is a photo taken by a professional photographer of you and the guest. You will then receive an 8×10” print at the time the picture being taken. You will also be able purchase additional copies of the photo, or a digital download, after the event.
Please arrive for your Photo Op when your number is requested. Arriving too early for your Photo Op will cause the queues and problems for our staff. Check your schedule for the times of your Photo ops
Please understand that a Photo Op is not a meet and greet, but it is a quick process. It is important you listen for prompts from the line attendants and the photographer to ensure you get the best photo possible.
When you enter the Photo Op room, please have your Photo Op pass and have everything you do not want in the photo taken off and ready to place on the table provided inside. You will not be more than a couple steps from your items.
Please be respectful of the celebrity guests and other fans in line and be sure to listen for special instructions for each celebrity guest.
If you wear glasses, they can often glare or make it very difficult for the photographer to see if you blinked, so please try to remove them if possible. If you cannot remove them, please be sure to try and tilt the glasses down away from the lights for the best possible photo.
Yes, two people can be in the same photo with a guest (no more than 2 people).
No, it’s forbidden to take pictures while attending these activities. Anybody breaching this rule will be removed from the event by security with no chance to be admitted again into the event premises.
You can, within reason, a good rule to keep in mind is if it would bother you seeing another person doing it, or the request would make you uncomfortable, then don’t ask. If you unsure, please check with a member of staff. But it must be something that is quick and easy to do.
